Out on a picture-taking expedition today we ended up at the waterfront across from Kingston General Hospital. It's a gorgeous stretch there and there's tons to see. I took a few shots that will be featured over the next few day but this little installation caught my fancy. Someone had put together a few little found-object displays with rocks, twigs and other lakefront detritus. I don't know what orientation this particular arrangement should have been viewed from (I suspect sideways from this) but I liked the smiley feel this has.
I took the picture with the iPhone camera but imported it into Camera+ where I cropped it then used first the Clarity filter from the scenes menu and then the Vibrant filter from Effects.
